Enrolment for Term Courses

Enrol here or directly with the teacher. If you use the following form your enrolment will be forwarded to the teacher.
Teachers' contact numbers are listed in the course description.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your place in the course.
All fees are payable to the individual teacher.
Enrolment is dependent on availability.
Costs quoted are for a term's tuition.

All fields are compulsory, for general queries contact the centre.


Full payment is due to the teacher at the first class attended.
Please note that all studios require covered shoes. Open toed shoes are not
permitted.

Refunds: Deposits and course fees will only be refunded if the course is cancelled or a place is not available in the course. Full payment must be made prior to commencement of the course. Attendance is on a term basis. No deductions or refunds are available to students who miss classes.

Current students are requested to re-enrol with their teachers before the end of term.

I hereby indemnify the Workshop Arts Centre against responsibility for accident, loss or injury suffered by me / my child during the course of the activity. I authorise the obtaining of medical assistance as I/my child may require and agree to meet any expense attached hereto.

I give my consent for the Workshop Arts Centre to use my image or images of my work for promotional purposes.
